All purchases made through GYNAV.com are final sale. Due to the intimate and medical nature of our device, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason other than damage or defect upon delivery.

By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

  • All sales are non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • It is your responsibility to review all product information prior to purchase.
  • You accept these terms as a condition of sale.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is found to be defective upon receipt, you must notify us within 5 calendar days of delivery by emailing info@gynav.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect

Once reviewed, we will determine eligibility for a replacement. Please note that we do not offer refunds, only replacements for approved claims. Claims made after the 5-day window will not be honored.
